Priscilla Bauer, LCSW

Priscilla S. Bauer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New Jersey and received her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University, graduating with high honors. While completing her training she gained internship experience at Trinitas Hospital working on the Children/Adolescent Outpatient and Inpatient units; developing her skills in facilitating Individual, Group and Family Therapy.
Upon completing her training Priscilla transitioned her focus toward intervening in acute psychiatric emergencies. Employed at Hoboken UMC as a Crisis Intervention Specialist she conducted evaluations of children, adolescents and adults in the ER. Concurrently, Priscilla was employed within the Barnabas Healthcare System, working at Monmouth Medical Center, providing individual, group and family therapy to children and adults receiving treatment on their inpatient psychiatric units. Working within these settings Priscilla has had the opportunity to work with all age groups experiencing a range of problems such as adjustments to life transitions resulting in depression and anxiety to those presenting with severe psychotic and bipolar episodes.
Thereafter, Priscilla began working with Effective School Solutions within the Glen Ridge School District providing Individual, Group and Family therapy to students ages 12-18 where she was truly able to refine her techniques with this age group utilizing a mixture of talk therapy such as CBT and Play Therapy. During this time, she also developed extensive knowledge surrounding IEP and 504 Plan processes and accommodations while working closely with the Child Study Team.
Addressing her personal and professional goals and aspirations, Priscilla transitioned to private practice, focusing treatment on bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, behavior, grief/loss, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, and OCD.
Possessing innate abilities for recognizing exceptionality and validating every client in a nurturing environment, Priscilla combines therapeutic alliance, creativity, and various modalities to facilitate healing and growth. Amy Roter, LPC
Assistant Clinical Director
Amy Roter is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey. After earning her first Masters in Teaching at Teachers College, Amy returned to school for a second Masters in Community Counseling at Montclair State University. From there she interned at Stepping Forward Counseling, LLC, an Intensive Outpatient program for children and adolescents.
Shortly thereafter, she moved from the classroom at Livingston High School to the In School Suspension room where she helped students with de-escalation techniques and emotional support, triaging with the other counselors in the building. In 2017, she chose to move on from the public school setting and joined LW Wellness, a family concierge service, where she worked as an organizational coach and life coach, assisting mainly college aged women with executive functioning delays and stress management. In addition, at that time she created two coaching programs: one for working moms, and another for women looking to find a relationship.
In Spring 2019, she worked as a maternity placement counselor at Montclair Kimberly Academy’s primary school. Finally, in the summer of 2019, Amy found her home in private practice, where she can work with all of the populations she had encountered over the years: children, adolescents. emerging adults, adults and couples. Andrea Angioletti, LAC
Andrea Angioletti is a Licensed Associate Counselor in the state of New Jersey and earned her Master's Degree from Montclair State University, graduating with high honors.
Andrea has worked at First Children Services as a behavior technician treating children with autism spectrum disorders. During this time she honed her experience in utilizing and employing behavior modification techniques that become very useful in treating children with clinical presentations in line with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Andrea also worked as a clinician with Center for Family Services (CFS) in NJ where she facilitated individual, group and family psychotherapy services for children, adolescents and adults within the Family Stabilization Program. There, she gained extensive knowledge and training in social systems within the state to provide her clients with the support they needed, even if it extended beyond a session. She also gained expertise in treating various mental health disorders including but not limited to Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Stress related to life transitions including adoption and divorce. Andrea has vast experience in supporting the entire family as they move through different life transitions.
Andrea also has experience working with multiple school districts, including Chatham Schools as a behavior technician where she worked closely with the Child Study Team and thereby has considerable experience navigating the IEP and in school accommodations process.

Madison has also been afforded the opportunity during her education to collaborate with the National Association of Social Worker’s New Jersey Chapter. During this time she created a task force plan for New Jersey to address adolescent suicide and assisted the chapter with training social workers via professional development to develop this skill.

Stephanie Kostolansky, LAC

Kaelin Stoll, LSW
Kaelin Stoll is a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey, having obtained her Master's Degree from Fordham University with a specialization in the Child/Family Clinical track. She completed her undergraduate studies at Rowan University, where she majored in Psychology.

In addition, Kaelin worked at Data Group Central as a Behavior Technician, providing treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). During this time, she gained valuable experience in implementing behavior modification techniques to address various clinical presentations associated with ASD.
Kaelin was also a clinician at Covenant House in Newark, NJ running groups and individual therapy with clients ages 18-21 struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression. Katie Armstrong, LAC
Katie Armstrong is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the state of New Jersey. After earning her first Masters Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University, she continued on to Seton Hall University to earn a second Masters Degree in Professional Counseling.
As a former collegiate basketball player at Fairfield University and Seton Hall University, Katie adds a unique perspective to our team, bringing her passion for working with athletes and high performing students to her practice. She is skilled in helping reduce the anxiety that accompanies performing at such a high level by providing clients with tangible de-escalation tools and the inner work to identify their personal goals to create a roadmap regarding how to reach them.
Prior to joining the Short Hills Counseling family, Katie worked at the Mental Health Association (MHA) in New Jersey for their Statewide Student Support Services within Morris and Sussex County Schools providing individual counseling. During this clinical position she was also responsible for creating psychoeducational workshops and presentations regarding various mental health topics including Suicide, Bullying, Social Media, Classroom Management, Trauma Informed Care, Goal Setting, Visualization, Mindfulness for staff and students. While at the MHA she worked with children and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anger, Behavioral Challenges, Depression and Anxiety.
In addition, Katie worked with Seton Hall’s Sports Psychology team and at Caldwell University in the Counseling Department, facilitating individual and group sessions to students experiencing a wide variety of mental health concerns including Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Bipolar Disorder, Grief and Loss and performance related stress.
